Citadel A Witch of the Watchful Eye. Highly regarded for her skill and prowess. While not the leader of the witches, she is treated as the highest power within the group. Her existence is shrouded in mystery, however, and not even she knows where she comes from.

Rosalias Aldrich A Witch of the Watchful Eye. Known as an aloof hunter, Rosalias spends most of their time with Citadel. Rosalias never speaks, but they are regarded as highly skillful in their mage sword abilities. Personally trained by Citadel herself.
